ConstructAI is an AI-powered platform for construction project management. It automates document processing, procurement verification, risk analysis, supplier chasing, and audit — so your team can focus on building.

What does the platform do?

ConstructAI brings AI assistants into your construction workflows:

  • Documents — Upload contracts, delivery orders, purchase orders, invoices, and schedules. AI reads and extracts key data automatically.
  • Procurement — AI checks delivery orders against purchase orders, flags over-deliveries, cost issues, and mismatches.
  • AI Team — Seven AI assistants work on your data: Chase (email follow-ups), Risk, Procurement, DO Verification, Q&A, Audit, and Reporting.
  • Project Network — Suppliers, projects, schedule items, and issues are connected so you can see relationships across projects.
  • Integrations — Import schedules from MS Project, Primavera P6, or XER files. Connect email for automated follow-ups.
Quick start
  1. Log in with your organisation credentials.
  2. Your admin will have assigned you to a project. Check the Dashboard to see your active projects.
  3. Upload documents (contracts, DOs, POs) on the Documents page. AI will process them automatically.
  4. Go to AI Team to see your AI assistants working on your data in real-time.
  5. Review procurement checks, risk findings, and generated reports.
